The fall of the bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies may be good news for the cryptomaniacs?

The depreciation of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies may be good news for the cryptomaniacs. For example, the ripple is traded at levels not seen since the autumn of last year just before it erupts and increases its value 10 times. The question now is whether the ripple will be able to return quickly over the psychological limit of 30 cents, or its decline will continue.
Quite similar is the situation with the ethereum. The digital currency is at its lowest levels since April, after a peak of $1,400. From a technical point of view, the ether is in a strong downward trend after overcoming the lower limit of a narrowing triangle.
On its way down, the ethereum does not have many obstacles, and its decline may increase if we see a drop below the $300 psychological barrier that temporarily limits its depreciation.
A very serious decline was recorded by the bitcoin cash. It is traded at levels of about $570, and its decline may increase if we see a breakthrough in the key support level at $550 for a coin.

Bitcoin cash is under the spotlight

The bitcoin cash rose 17% on the first day of the new week, in addition to the extraordinary growth of cryptocurrency from previous weeks. Thus, the bitcoin cash has already been up by more than 80% in the past few weeks, making it the best performer among the main cryptocurrencies.
The cryptocurrency, which is formed after a "difficult fork" in the bitcoin in August last year, is one of the fastest recoverable cryptocurrencies since the beginning of the year.
What caused the strong appreciation of the bitcoin cash?
This is most likely the anticipated new "difficult fork" in the cryptocurrency, which aims to increase the computing power of the bitcoin cash, increasing the size of the blocks being processed.
The bitcoin goes to a difficult fork on May 15th, which is expected to increase the maximum size of the 8MB block to 32MB, while removing the SegWit protocol, according Matti Greenspan, an eToro analyst.
However, those who expect to receive a dividend or new coins may be disappointed, the analyst warned. If everything goes smoothly, the new coin, which will be created after the fork, is expected to completely replace the old coin. There may be some players who will try to keep the old coin "alive", the expert says.

The bitcoin already exceeds $8,000

The cost of the bitcoin continued upwards and apparently nothing could stop it. The cryptocurrency has reached a new psychological level - $8,000 per number and rose momentarily to $8,300.
More and more experts are starting to think that the bitcoin is heading for the $10,000 psychological limit, and nothing can stop it on his way. The question that fewer ask, however, is - What will happen if and when the bitcoin reaches this limit?
Thus, the market capitalization of the bitcoin is approaching 140 billion dollars, and the total of all the cryptocurrencies is now about 240 billion dollars.
Bitcoin's dominance in the world of cryptocurrencies also increased over the past few days, reaching over 56% after the strong appreciation of bitcoin cash contributed to a violation of that domination.
Bitcoin cash went down to its peak last week and traded at about $1,200, or about 50% below its highest price.
While appreciating of the bitcoin cash of over four hundred percent for about a week was "staggering," according to many experts, yet many people are not aware that the bitcoin cash and bitcoin are two different things.

Crypto-currencies consolidate

The bitcoin, the ethereum and the other crypto-currencies are stabilizing after their mass sales earlier this month. Now the question is - what will this consolidation be followed - with a recovery of the fall, or with a test of the recent peaks?
The strikes for crypto-lows this month were from several directions. China first declared ICOs illegal and made investors return the newly bought new coins. The country then banned local crypto-exchanges.
There were a couple of strikes from experts like Jamie Dimon, who announced the bitcoin a fraud and financial balloon and from Mohamed El-Erian, with the view that the bitcoin could lose a third of its value.
The latter were joined by Ray Dalio, the head of the largest hedge fund in the world, commenting that the bitcoin was a bubble, according to the internal rules of the institution he was managing.
Still, the bitcoin and the ethereum stopped with their fall. The bitcoin lost 30% of its value, or in accordance to El-Erian's forecasts.
Last Friday, the bitcoin dropped momentarily to $2,951, but eventually returned much of the lost. Still, the digital currency is traded below the psychological limit of $3,000.
Many investors believe that what is happening at the moment is very similar to what happened in August, when the bitcoin lost 34% of its value as a result of the "difficult fork" that led to the appearance of a bitcoin cash.
Subsequently, however, the currency recovered everything lost and rose to a new historic peak. Will it happen again soon? This is about to see...

The bitcoin cracks $4,000

Apparently, nothing can stop the cost of the bitcoin. The cryptocurrency has overcome the psychological limit of $4,000 and is trading early Monday at about $4,050.
The digital currency reached the highest value of $4,125.17 on Monday, or an increase of 15% compared to Friday's levels. Optimism became a reality after the decision to move on to faster transactions by shifting some of the core network information and moving to the so-called SegWit2x standard.
This happens after separation of units - the bitcoin and the bitcoin cash, two weeks ago.
Since the beginning of the year, the bitcoin has risen by over 300%. However, this did not remove the fears of some suspicions that slow money-trading may be a major problem for the future of the currency.

Bitcoin cash with a serious drop on Thursday

On August 1st, we witnessed the birth of a new crypto-currency - "bitcoin cash".
The new currency has not been able to impress the market participants, lowering on its second trading day, initiating growth for the bitcoin and the ethereum.
The cost of the bitcoin has stabilized since its recent decline, adding 3.5% to its value to trade at levels of about $2,767 on Thursday. At its current levels, crypto-currency has risen by over 150% since the beginning of the year.
At the same time, the bitcoin already trades with over 40% of its bottom below $2,000, reached on July 16th.
The cost of the new crypto-currency, bitcoin cash, fell by 30% yesterday to $439. However, it rose almost twice in the first 24 hours of trading. It still remains 15% above its value since the beginning of the week.
